About us:
Prajnopaya at MIT, the Buddhist Community at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology was established in 2002 to develop and disseminate educational programs in Buddhist meditation and philosophy. We organize regular meditation retreats and study programs for the community at large.

Prajnopaya at MIT has hosted distinguished teachers and speakers such as HH the Dalai Lama, Fr. Thomas Keating, Br. David Steindhl-Rast, Bhikkhu Bodhi, Sharon Salzberg, Rev. Mpho Tutu, HE Chhetsang Rinpoche, HE Ling Rinpoche, Pir Zia, Daniel Goleman, Jon Kabat-Zinn, Robert Thurman, Alan Wallace to name a few.

Our Team:
Linda Krause is a Buddhist lay minister with Order of Kalyanamitra, and has supported the Buddhist Community at MIT for over 15 years.  She enjoys working with students, leads meditation and discussion sessions, and coordinates special events.
